Rivington Place

London, UK

Free event

Maverick percussionist Adriano Adewale and dancer Carolina Adewale respond to Jeannette Ehlers' exhibition Whip it Good: Spinning from History's Filthy Mind.

Featuring the seven paintings produced during Jeannette Ehlers' week of performance at Rivington Place alongside her earlier moving image work, Whip if Good raises complex questions about memory, race and colonialism.

Part of a special series of four free events taking place throughout the last day of the Serious Space Shoreditch festival. All events are within walking distance of each other and with plenty of cafes and bars in between to refuel your creative juices, this is one for those in search of an intrepid day of free adventure.
